Intensive Workshop in Project Management

The Intensive Workshop in Project Management is part of the only programme in Southern Africa (and one of the few in the world) that’s specifically designed to work towards all three dimensions of the Project Manager Competency Development Framework of the Project Management Institute (PMI^®).

Overview

The Workshop is a unique learning experience in Project Management. It’s is aimed at people who need to make immediate decisions in pursuit of long-term goals. Participants submit their requirements in advance, and the Workshop content is customised to meet the needs. Many of the insights and techniques can be applied immediately to make a difference at work. The Workshop also serves as Module 1 of the Practical Certification Programme in Project Management, and as a gateway to other certification options.

The Intensive Workshop in Project Management is held regularly in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Windhoek. (Custom in-house Workshops for teams are scheduled upon request in the rest of Africa.)
