Project Management courses and training which can be booked with us in South Africa, Namibia and certain other countries.

Some of these Project Management courses are classroom-based, while others are delivered online, or via blended learning. (Blended learning is a mixture of online and offline activities.) The Intensive Workshop in Project Management is held regularly held in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Windhoek. Certain online (distance-learning) courses are delivered worldwide.

Intensive Workshop in Project Management

This practical multi-purpose Workshop is the entry point for most of our clients, regardless of their direction thereafter. It also constitutes Module 1 of the Practical Certification Programme in Project Management (PCP).

Project Management Concepts (online course)

This online course runs over over approx. 3 months, a little bit every day. It works on two of the three dimensions of the Project Manager Competency Development Framework (PMCDF), and constitutes Module 2 of the Practical Certification Programme in Project Management (PCP).

Practical Certification Programme in Project Management (PCP)

This part-time programme typically takes a little approximately a year. The first two modules can also be taken as standalone Project Management courses. The programme addresses all three dimensions of the Project Manager Competency Development Framework of the PMI^®, namely the Knowledge, Performance and Personal dimensions. Module 3 includes planning and reporting on real projects using Microsoft Project.

GRASP Workshop in Project Management (group training)

A GRASP Workshop is an easy choice for management and HR who need Project Management training for staff. A GRASP Workshop is held over either 2 or 3 days, and leaves participants with a clear departure point, plus tools, techniques and methods for improving their management of projects.

Consultative Tutoring in Microsoft Project

This is a unique service, in which we work with you on your own projects so that you can learn to use Microsoft Project effectively. A typical engagement begins with 2-3 days of hands-on one-to-one work, following some preparation from both sides.

PRINCE2^® Foundation and Practitioner courses

PRINCE2^® Foundation and Practitioner exam preparation courses are available throughout the year, either as classroom-based courses or as self-study. Exams may be taken in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, East London and Port Elizabeth. Some exams are available online.

PRINCE2^® Foundation and Practitioner training may also be taken as an optional add-on to the PCP.

Project Management Professional (PMP^®) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM^®) courses

PMP^® and CAPM^® exam preparation courses are available in Johannesburg and Durban throughout the year via an accredited associate organisation. We recommend doing the Project Management Concepts course prior to PMP^® or CAPM^® exam preparation training.
