Participants
Each Intensive Workshop is a remarkable learning event. It recognises that every person is different. Using a unique training framework, it optimises individual results based on each participant’s prior knowledge and experience, personal quirks, present concerns and current level of understanding.
Over the past six years, nearly 2,000 participants, including senior organisational leaders, junior assistants, professional project managers, and individuals with no prior exposure to Project Management, have participated in Workshops and explicitly given permission for the publication of their names, photos and detailed feedback about their Workshop experience.
Collaborative sessions are an essential part of the Workshop’s unique training approach. Participants are grouped based on their goals and expertise, and have the opportunity to apply their learning to their own real projects. Some are exposed to Project Management techniques, such as the Critical Path Method and activity-based costing, for the first time. Others gain radical new insight into why their formal knowledge of methods and techniques isn’t helping much in real project situations.
