“I absolutely loved it.”

Overall Experience

How would you describe your overall experience of the Workshop to colleagues or friends?

Worth the time and money spent. | It is professional and great and I will recommend all the courses. | Great. Actually learnt something and can remember some of the stuff taught. | A definite must-do. | Awesome and relevant. | Good place to start your PM knowledge. | I absolutely loved it. And I would highly recommend to anyone who holds a leadership position or even hopes to have one. I am confident that I can now advocate for changes at the office.

What were the main positive things that contributed to your overall experience?

Facilitation, team selection and the venue. | The way/method of learning, and my knowledge gained in PM. | Just being able to understand your role in a company and terms used. | Participation & self-notes. Making my notes worked for me. | The team and facilitation team. | Friendly vibe. Interactive people. Goal driven people. | Facilitators, group and the learning theory.

What were the main negative things that contributed to your overall experience?

Narratives were extended unnecessary sometimes. | Maybe some digression at some points, but was handled well. | Time. | Random thought yesterday…would have preferred a 3rd colour of writing instrument…but really not a necessity. | Nothing. | Missing some of the critical expectations. | Exercises were a bit short. The lights are a bit too strong for me. Hurt my eyes.

About the lecturer

What did she do well?

Engaged (all 3 facets of strategy). Shared VAST experience + knowledge. | She facilitated the whole workshop very professionally and timeously, given the amount of information. | Everything very patient and calm. | Clear communication and interpretation for the other participants to understand and be at same level in discussion. | Engaging, tolerant and professional. | Handled situations where she was unsure at a resolution/answer extremely well. | Great! Was a bit fast at times, and a bit too nice. Some people were going on and on, which ate up more time for learning.

What could she do better?

Less narrative sometimes maybe. | Nothing in my opinion, loved it! | Keep doing what she’s doing. | Limit personal stories, they are only relatable to a certain extent. | Time keeping enforcement.

About signing up for the Workshop

Tell us about the way in which we responded to your initial enquiry.

Professionally done. | Consistency, you guys kept on reminding me of the necessary responses I had to give. | Friendliness, attentive, listening. | Outstanding. | Could not partake in online forum discussion (prior to the workshop), option was not available. | Very educational and insightful. I understood where I stood, and that this is the course I want to follow.

What made you decide to book?

Eager to complete PCP. | Combination of your professional attitude and the info on your website. | My manager suggested it. | I am a realist and appreciate practical lessons. | Further my practical knowledge in PM. | I work with projects, noticed various gaps which I do not know how to address. Also that this knowledge I will gain will improve my career & skill set in becoming a good manager.

About the environment

What did you think of the venue and catering?

Excellent. | Professional venue. Great food -maybe more coffee! | Excellent, might even consider getting married here 😊 | Excellent. | Excellent. | All was excellent. Lighting as a bit strong for my eyes. | Awesome.
