What did she do well?
Learning what we wanted to know and answering. | She engaged really well with attendees. | Explaining. | Engaged us as participants. Uses many other practical examples of previous projects she was involved in. | She has a lot of knowledge and experience, so she could give various examples – easy to understand/grasp. | Everything.
What could she do better?
Nothing. | Tania is such a great facilitator. I can’t find fault with her or suggest any areas of improvement after such a great experience. | More teamwork, but I know time is limited. | Nothing.

What did you think of the workbook?

What could be improved?
Time management. | Initially I thought an 18-hour workshop over a weekend could be lengthy for me. It was worth it and it didn’t affect my personal life too much, but might present a problem for others. | More focus on implementation. But I guess that’s what the next course is for.
