Module 1 is uniquely collaborative. You draw from your own experience and from the experience of others as you learn the practical application of formal Project Management tools and techniques in the context of a bigger picture.
PCP2
Project Management Concepts

Module 2 allows you to develop the quick and intuitive responses required in a Project Management environment, and to embed the knowledge needed for Module 3. You’ll entrench your learning over approximately 3 months through a series of daily Formative Tests, with a weekly Summative Test and a final exam.

Module 3 is highly personalised. In addition to three small-group contact sessions, you’ll receive one-to-one mentoring online, as you work on your own real-life projects or organisational processes. This module incorporates the use of Microsoft Project, and includes an international exam. (Modules 1 and 2 must be completed before Module 3.)
