Interview with Reinette Smith about Project Management Concepts

Reinette completed the Project Management Concepts course online in May 2018. We asked her about her experience.

What Project Management insights that you gained during the course have been most useful to you?

Learning about Project Planning (WBS, Network Diagrams, Gantt charts) was most useful to me as I haven’t really been exposed to it, and it is where my interest lies.

Have your writing skills improved as a result of the course? If so, in what way?

My writing skills have improved as a result of this course mainly because I have not been in a habit to write. Practising this skill is so important for improvement and for building vocabulary.

How comfortable were you with reading basic schedule information before the course and by the end of the course?

0 before and 9 by the end.

How would you describe your overall experience of the Project Management Concepts course?

I really enjoyed the format of the course. I probably would not have completed it if it was not question driven. It was a new concept to me and I can clearly see the benefits. I am also amazed at the volume of knowledge I gained, just by doing a little bit each day.
