GRASP is a framework for introducing focused improvements to an organisation’s Project Management, based on international standards and best practices. A GRASP Workshop is an easy choice for management and HR practitioners who need Project Management training for a group.
GRASP is an acronym for five circles of concern and focus:

Ⓡ risk reporting
Ⓐ authority
Ⓢ scheduling
Ⓟ process integration
These circles are important in all projects, regardless of standard or methodology. During a GRASP Workshop, we typically draw from the PMBOK® Guide, PRINCE2®, Agile methods and CCPM.
What is a GRASP Workshop?
A GRASP Workshop is held over either 2 or 3 days, and leaves participants with a clear departure point, plus tools, techniques and methods for improving their management of projects. The teaching methods are based on research into how adults learn best.
2-day Workshop: We cover the five focus areas, and the group identifies an area to focus on after the Workshop.
3-day Workshop: In addition to the above, participants may also produce some of the actual artefacts (such as documents, templates and schedules) needed for current projects.
Group fee
The base fees below are for GRASP Workshops in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Ask us about fees for other cities in South Africa and other countries.
The base fee is not dependent on the number of participants.
Venue and catering fees are excluded, and must be added to the base fee once the number of participants is known. (The venue-and-catering rate is approx. R500 per participant per day.)
