Important to know before you book
Exam preparation courses should not be confused with ‘learning Project Management’. A certificate can be helpful, but it will not render you a competent project manager. For your certificates to deliver practical value, we recommend that you do the Practical Certification Programme in Project Management (PCP™) before considering NQF (SAQA), CAPM®, PMP® or PRINCE2® training. This 20-minute video explains why. The PCP™ includes the international Exam 74-343: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project for Microsoft Project 2016.
The online Project Management Concepts course (Module 2 of the PCP) is a low-risk gateway to prepare you for any further Project Management study with any organisation. Here’s why we specifically recommend it prior to studying towards PMP® certification.
