Our training recommendations are simple, based on what you’d need to be able to do in the real world, not just in an exam.
The job of ‘project manager’ is not the only role in the realm of formal Project Management. If you’re new to Project Management, we recommend that you book for either
- an Intensive Workshop in Project Management (South Africa: 2 days; Namibia: 3 days), or
- Project Management Concepts (an online course that runs over approximately 9 weeks).
Both of these are low-risk, high-value options, designed to work towards several attributes and competencies described in the Project Manager Competency Development Framework (PMCDF) of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Both of these options also form part of our Practical Certification Programme in Project Management (PCP).
Still not sure which starting point would be best for you?
